EMELLI pieces are created with the greatest attention to detail and love. Crafted using the finest metals 18k gold vermeil or sterling silver and semi-precious stones.
Show your jewellery some love. Please handle your jewellery with care.
Keep your EMELLI jewellery in its pouch or in a jewellery box to avoid damage, scratches and to keep it from tarnishing.
Avoid applying perfume, lotions, sprays and direct sunlight. Its recommended to remove your jewellery when at the beach or in chlorinated water.
Gently use a clean cloth to shine your pieces (also included in our package) to keep your jewellery in its beautiful original lustre
WARRANTY
Every piece of EMELLI jewellery is guaranteed for manufacturers faults for 3 months from the date of purchase and in its original purchased form with no external adjustments.
We will at our discretion replace or repair your damaged product.
Given the delicate nature of the product, please handle with care and avoid pulling at chains and rough handling as breakages of this nature will not be covered under warranty.
Please note that all pieces featuring gemstones need to be handled preciously. Dropping or rough handling of your jewellery could cause the stone to be damaged and this will not be covered under our warranty.
This warranty only covers manufacturer’s faults (not wear and tear).
